Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974
This is the Health and Safety Policy Statement of Arinsdale Ltd and covers their own premises:
Block 6, West Mains Industrial Estate, Grangemouth FK3 8YE.
Our statement of general policy Is:

To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities:

To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety

To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment

To ensure safe handling and use of substances

To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees

To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training

To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health

To maintain safe and healthy working conditions; and
-
To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals.

Quality Policy
This policy is a statement of Arinsdale Limited top management intentions of their commitment to operate an effective quality management system that considers the context and supports the strategic direction of Arinsdale Limited.

Arinsdale Limited operates and maintains a quality management system which complies with ISO9001: 2015 and supports the provision of manufacture, supply, refurbish, test and inspect securing, lifting, height safety, transport and materials handling equipment.

Objectives shall be established and reviewed by the Director of Arinsdale Limited to ensure the requirements of this policy are achieved.

The status of objectives shall be monitored through planned management reviews when the results shall be recorded, and regular informal reviews by Director.

Arinsdale Limited shall consider the statutory and regulatory requirements relating to products and services provided by Arinsdale Limited.

Arinsdale Limited applies practices to ensure products and services consistently meet customer’s expectations and applicable requirements including quality, delivery and service.

The policy shall be communicated within Arinsdale Limited who shall also make this quality policy available as required to interested parties.

Arinsdale Limited has a reputation for high standards of quality and is committed to a process of continual improvement by developing in every employee a keen and conscious desire to carry out tasks efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction objectives.

Environmental Policy
Introduction
We aim to be on environmentally friendly Company, and it is our intention to promote a policy that is focused on being green aware. A culture will be fostered within the company that ensures all employees understand they can make a significant contribution to the Company being an environmentally friendly and green aware company. The Company's policy is to comply or exceed the requirements of environmental legislation and regulation.
Policy
The specifics of the company environmental policy ore as follows: o. the Company will review and explore measures for the reduction of volumes of all waste materials generated by the Company; b. the Company will explore opportunities for recycling all possible waste materials.
Our aim will be to recycle any waste material that can be recycled: c. the Company will aim to reduce levels of energy consumption. The Company will introduce working practices that requires computers, lights, photocopiers, printers, etc ore "switched off* when not in use.
The Company will also ensure that heating, lighting and ventilation are used efficiently and effectively; d. the Company will aim to purchase energy efficient products where possible and appropriate; e. additionally, the Company will explore whether environmentally friendly products can be purchased when buying any equipment for use within the company; f. the Company will review opportunities and consider implementing measures for the reduction of the use of water; 9- the Company will aim to reduce levels of pollution emissions wherever possible; h. the Company will ensure that all employees are made aware and have access to a copy of this environmental policy.
The Company will regularly review the policy to ensure that we are a green aware and environmentally friendly organisation.
